Vin de’Orange

Ingrediënten

• 8 organic oranges — thinly sliced
• 500 g castor sugar
• 500 ml vodka
• 3 bottles rosé wine
• 1 vanilla bean — cut in half

Bereiding

   I split mine in two jars because I did not have one big enough. Put all the ingredients in a jar if using two jars split equally.

   Seal tightly and shake the sugar will not dissolve at once just shake the jars every couple of days.

   Store in a cool dark place. After 40 days strain the liquid and fill into sterilised bottles.⏱ 57600 min
